Erin Mason AKA Papa Dreadie - a musician, cyclist, silversmith, and pepper grower who loved reggae and Jamaica. He collected Scotch Bonnet seeds which he grew and selected for many years in Amarillo, Texas. He shared his namesake variety of chilis and knowledge of plants with pepper enthusiasts including Goodburn co-founder Carson. We honor Papa Dreadie with this sauce.
